Meet Tea — Restaurant in Queensland

I really liked bubble tea here, but last time, while I was drinking, an iron scrubber came out of my drink. When I went to the staff and told them, I thought they would give me a refund, but they said they would just make it again. But I was already in a bad mood and my appetite was gone. Others may like it, but I won't go there again.

The bubble tea here is the best I've had in Cairns, but the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. We were not greeted when entering the near empty store, when approaching the counter we weren't acknowledged by any of the staff for 2 or 3 minutes while they happily giggled and chatted amongst themselves (while not performing any work duties), once we were acknowledged and we were ready to order the lady went back to chatting for another minute. Been here many times throughout the years since it was built. Drinks have never disappointed, yet I often find the staff quite reserved and unfriendly, avoiding eye contact, never smiling, and do little to no talking. Creates an uncomfortable environment and I feel unwelcome. Also, last week I was in the area and decided to stop for a drink. It was around 12:10pm on a Wednesday (supposedly opens at 12pm) and the doors were still locked. Decided to go to a different boba store. Would appreciate if you could...
