5/5 service from Patrick! It was my second last day in Cairns and I knew straight away The Happy Herb shop had what I was looking for. Patrick right away was genuine and helpful, actually looking to connect with me and understand what I needed. He went out of his way to make my experience special and it felt as if it was fate that I enter the shop that day! I also absolutely adore the stock, (especially the jewlery) and I felt I was able to rummage through many unique pieces. I really cannot stress enough how kind Patrick was, even after I had forgtten some items right after close I was able to retrieve them. Someone light up some Palo Santo or something that gets rid of the rude and pure evil energy in this place. Went to go in just before close time and lady turns lights out and I say nicely to her “oh dam are you closed” ? her response was “totally, that’s why the lights went out”! Then she slammed door closed in my face, seems like she needs a dose of happy high herbs herself. As a regular local with my cousin owning two of these franchises I was absolutely appalled. Purchased one purchased one of their products labled $80. Once i got home I noticed I was charged $120. The item I received had the same code as the $80 Box. The owner responded to me "Im not coles or Woolworths, they were labled incorrectly. I have a 7 year old son" How about as a business owner take responsibility for mislabeling your products.
