This buisness does not even deserve a star. The service by the staff was down right disgusting on Saturday. The girl running the place was rude, calling out obscenities across the centre at a customer. She attempted to be belittling to an elderly customer, making references to her age and asked" how dare you think you can win an argument with an 18 year old of today". The customer was pleasant to the girl talking calmly the whole time.I heard this same girl call out and to the donut king employee and belittle the same lady to them as she waited for a refund. When I spoke to the lady she said she had called the owner about their behaviour all over wanting a mug of coffee with one hour still left of opening hours. She told me he was just as rude . Like.minded people obviously employ like minded people. After reading their reviews this seams to a common practice with elderly customers. This business should be ashamed of theirselves. We went here to have a quiet drink and we were being served very politely by a girl with brown hair. A girl with blonde hair, interrupted our ordering and called the girl away from us. My partner stayed to collect the order, while my daughter and I sat down. He was given the coffees at the counter, as we were drinking our coffees the girl with blonde hair came over and stated very rudely that we had the wrong coffees. She then told the customers beside us in a very loud voice for all to hear, that we had drank their coffees. Women working there obviously hate their jobs so much they took it out on myself and my mother when we waited 10mins for an already pre made Turkish sandwich to be toasted. We weren't rude, we waited and waited and waited and then the lady turned around looked at us and said is this for you? We replied yes and then she proceeded to rudely say, well we've called your name about a hundred times. This was an absolute lie because the woman who served me didn't even get my name and then she took off to coles after taking my order saying it would only be about 4mins.
