I visited hoping to find a safe snack as a coeliac. When I inquired about gluten-free options, I was disappointed to find only one cake available. However, the most shocking part was the staff's response.

The woman I spoke to responded to my simple question by openly rolling her eyes and mimicking me. As someone with a serious autoimmune disease, asking about ingredients isn't a preference; it's a medical necessity. I shouldn't have to justify my dietary needs to be treated with basic respect.

While the lack of options is disappointing, the mockery from a staff member is unforgivable. I cannot recommend this cafe to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions who rely on staff's knowledge...

I’m leaving a 1 star review because I can’t leave a 0. This was a truly disappointing experience. The strawberry cream croissant was all burnt on the bottom and was hard and stale and impossible to eat. The chunky meat pie had 1 small chunk of meat, a little bit of mince and gravy. It was less than half filled. And the coffee… very average. The girl on the counter was not friendly either. I’d strongly recommend you try...

Bought a mushroom pie for $7.80 which is expensive for a pie so I was expecting a decent size. The taste of the pie was pretty average however the real disappointment was the size it was smaller than the average pie you buy at most bakeries. There was too much pastry and very little filling.
