Discovered this company at the Kawana Waters markets. Keen to try a few of the different flavours we stood at the stall discussing them and wondering. Young man “serving” did not utter one word of advice or information, no explanation of the product, flavours, cooking, sauces. When we made our selection only conversation was “do you want small or large?” We could easily have been talked into a sauce. I got gifted a Noosa goodie bundle that included the organic gluten-free black garlic with thyme, sage, and oregano gnocchi - And to say that it taste better than it sounds is an understatement! Just discovered this beautiful gnocchi. What an answer to prayer. I am in a very restricted diet and thus fitted the bill perfectly.
