Rise and Bake Brasserie — Restaurant in Queensland

We went to breakfast with my husband, to start what we ordered took about half an hour so when the food arrived my husband had already finished his coffee, we had a lot of expectations with the crepe but it was nothing out of the ordinary it tasted good but it doesn't impress when you eat it, we also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich it was good, we didn't like the drinks, I ordered an iced tea in the photo you could see that they served it in a glass cup and when they brought it to the table it was in a plastic cup and extremely sweet I drank tea all morning because I had to add water to it, this is a positive point that they have water for you to serve yourself, as for the service when we sat at the table it was dirty and with other people's dishes which we didn't see a problem with, after waiting a while I decided to go get napkins and clean the table on my own and I put the dirty dishes on another table, the cashier seemed like she didn't want to work and it was like she served you because it was her turn to the two guys who were there The table attendants were very attentive and with a smile when we said goodbye. My husband and I decided to give this place a try , walked in young lady approached have us two menus informed us to order at counter , we picked out what we wanted and I went to order a simple chicken and avocado toasted sandwich was all to hard even slough the menu said sandwich your way got talked into a much more expensive chicken sandwich no to happy but others were waiting to order , paid the man who then informed me that I had to scan with my phone I informed him my phone was old and not able to do that , he would not listen and started to be very rude to me , I offered to give all my info which I have done in other places but he just started to bully me and was very insulting I told him to cancel my order and refund my money I’m 70 yrs old and have never encountered somebody so rude I will never visit this place again so disappointed that this bully would treat me...

I have been here a few times so I suggested to my visiting family to meet here. We waited at the door and there was one waitress who didn't even acknowledge or greet us so we ended up walking in. We sat at a dirty table as it was a larger one as the kids wanted to sit there. We waited for about 5 minutes for someone to collect the dirty dishes and no one seemed to care so I approached an employee who said quite rudely we had to wait as they had other things to do and tried to sit us elsewhere. I was immediately put off with this attitude and would have walked out had my family not been there. Every other time the service has been great and friendly.
