Terrible customer service. It’s a pity I couldn’t rate it zero stars. Customers who arrived after us were served their food, while we didn’t even receive our order. When our meals finally arrived, they were incorrect.

The response from the apparent ‘head waitress’ was unprofessional—she blamed a new staff member (essentially throwing her colleague under the bus) and dismissed the issue as ‘bad luck,’ leaving us to either accept the incorrect order or wait again. It’s astonishing that they consider this poor attitude acceptable customer service, especially when the mistake was clearly theirs.

The ‘head waitress’ seemed to make an effort to appear efficient, but her short and abrupt mannerisms were off-putting. When we raised a complaint with the ‘owners,’ they didn’t acknowledge the rudeness of their staff and instead defended them.

Our first and last time there! There were 13 customers at the cafe and some already had their coffees and food. ...we waited 30 minutes for 1 cup of coffee. After 40 minutes our breakfast was finally served. I asked for crispy bacon which was basically just heated up on the hot plate so it wasn’t fridge cold and far from crispy but my dogs loved it. ...although the quality of the bacon was fantastic (hardly any fat). My friend had eggs Benedict and I ordered some sauce Hollandaise on the side... it was that sour that not even the white bread could neutralise its extremely sour taste. The team didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing as they were repeatedly serving the wrong drinks and wrong food to the wrong table. Having 4 staff all up for 13 guests it shouldn’t be like this. What a...

A perfect spot for our ladies brunch. Food always amazing. Staff friendly. Prices great. Perfect spot to eat and enjoy city vibes. We love coming here and this time they even gave my daughter a special desert for free. An adorable little lemon tea cake with cream and sprinkles. This made her day! Thanks guys Never any complaints and even when it's super busy and all tables full the food is never a long wait so bonus points again. In pics is eggs Benny with bacon cooked to perfection. The omlet with the lot, super filling but also so fluffy and lite. Kids bne muffin with extra hash browns and the special treat.

Edit9/23: still the same good old Pete & Paulz. Same staff same amazing food. Wish you guys would open up another shop...
