You know you are dealing with a great business when you see them shine in both the best and most adverse of circumstances. We booked a beautiful apartment on the waterfront for a week’s holiday stay. The team at Belle - Alana, Meg, Cathy, Antje, Suzanne etc were so amazing with their personalised service and support before, during and post our stay. Our trip began with typical FNQ stunning weather and activities, yet was suddenly cut short due to Tropical Cyclone Jasper. To see this hard working group of managers respond so brilliantly to the urgent evolving needs of their holiday makers and property owners alike in such a timely way at zero notice was extremely impressive. We had a wonderful and invigorating stay at The Edge which for us was a five star property in and of itself.
