Super Sushi Cairns Central — Restaurant in Queensland

They don't seem to want business. 3 out of the last 4 Thursdays I've contact them to organise 5 teriyaki rice bowls at 5/5:30 and been stuffed around. Lastnight I was told they were closed at 5:30 when they don't close till 8pm. When I contacted the phone number I got a txt saying they couldn't answer so I replied asking why I couldn't order and wait for it to be cooked and they said they start selling the left overs at 6pm. When I responded with its 5:30 I got "kitchens closed mate" Would have been my Thursday night dinner for the foreseeable future but it's less of a stuff around if I just go home and cook.

Our family just tried Hero Sushi and were extremely appalled by the service that we received. The lady who served us embarrassed us in front of other consumers and yelled at us for wanting to purchase multiple different rolls. Couldn’t believe the way they treat their patrons. The sushi is excellent absolutely delicious but the service from a young girl in there is very rude and quite ignorant but they don’t mind taking your money.
