NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT ROYAL!NOT PUNJABI! NOT TANDOORI! NOT INDIAN! I just had an unpleasant experience dining in the restaurant. First of all, they have only 1 person serving the counter, takeaway orders, and in the dining room. Our order took more than 30 minutes to arrive. The achaari paneer tikka was a disgrace to the name. It was so hard to eat and without any taste. When i told the chef about it, he said the paneer is fresh, but he agrees it doesn't have achaari taste and dismissed by saying that's how we cook it! And then was the "shezwan fried rice" for which i could take a picture in the end. Anyone looking at this could make out they're not freshly cooked, and they're not fried rice at all. Not to mention, the other dishes we ordered weren't great either. The curry was served in the smallest container that they could have. I would just finish by saying they're spoiling the name of Indian cuisine, and they're not even close to Authentic Taste of Indian dishes. I just wasted my money and time visiting there. Response to the comment: Yes, you're right. I didn't want to pay for those dishes because they tasted stale and bad. You can't cheat people by serving dayold food. And as you said, everyone works hard to earn money. If you're cooking since 1989 and providing this kind of food to customers, then you should seriously look for some good cooking courses. Delicious food, helpful servers, elegant ambience and pocket friendly !! Right from the booking our table over the phone till we departed after our dinner, things were well balanced for us. The table was ready for 4 of us. The working staff guided us politely with the vast menu. So we ordered 2 Pulao, Chicken Palak, White Malai Kofta and Cheese Naan. No doubt that food was fresh and was smelling yummy, served in less time then expected, presentation was good and all comfort of ours while dining was well take care by the staffs. Throughout the dining span we we noticing others also enjoying their meal as we were doing. That makes this place perfect for all types of foodies. While paying the bills we had some soft talk with the server and we were talking about our experience with him and we got to know that this place is in business for more than 10 years. Amazing food & extraordinary services ! This restaurant sets an ultimate standard of delicious food and excellent customer service. Every visit here has increased my trust towards them. This time I contacted Mr. Singh for a Catering service for an occassion in our family. This was a successful deal with Royal Punjabi Tandoori. The quality of food and service was of top-notch. Food arrived on time and it was presented beautifully for our guest. At the same time it was very delicious and served to our guest the best. All the other neccessity was well handled by Mr. Singh and his staffs. No complains on food and services from our guest and it was a happy anniversary in the family.
