A couple of cheeky vinos around the campfire last night had Bogan Barbie and I hanging for a big ol' burger. We hustled into boujee Boonah and made a bee line for Rockalicious. The joint is done up as a 50's diner, and it looks fantastic. Old mate behind the counter gave warning that the double burger was a bit of a chonker, but clearly, he hasn't seen me get around a feed. We sat outside, and he came out to produce some excellent period correct vintage car mags for us to marvel over while waiting for our tucker. In short order our burgers arrived and they were on point! Super high quality ingredients, and a nice firm, well seasoned, sausage style pattty. After a long day skiing on the Dam they are the only cafe open. Following a ride to Queen Mary Falls we made it back for lunch. Small menu selection but that's not a bad thing.
