Great Steak Meat, Ruined by Poor Cooking.

Ordered the 300g Fillet I hate chewy meat and fat and was pleased that the steak served was extremely tender.

Problem is, half of it was charred to the extent that it just tasted like you was licking the bottom of a burnt pan.

Unfortunately the Peppercorn Sauce didn't help, Peppercorn is supposed to be made from cream and beef stock, whereas this seems to be gravy and too much peppercorn. It was spicy to the taste and extremely watery, instead of a nice creamy sauce as it should be.

Dont char your steak, check back to tables after you serve them to ask if the food is okay, tell the guy serving to swap "IS THAT IT?" to " Would you like anything else" Study and make real sauces. and it will be perfect. Such a shame that such great...
