Subway does a consistantly good lunch. The price is also OK. what bothers me about ALL the Subway's I encounter seem to have the same problems. The staff talk at you through a curved glass screen. I cannot hear what they say although over the years I have learned to lip read and think I know what they are saying. The other problem is becoming increasingly annoying. Gee I hope Subway bosses get to read this. Every time I visit a subway in my travels and I travel a lot, their coffee machine is always broken down. Read moreWe came in at 7:30 when the doors shut at 8 tonight. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took our order for the family crew and was precise and careful when ordering. When seeking help from the other male on shift he threw his hands in the air and didn’t really want a bar of it. He later said to another customer “we just want to get out of here on time” this staff me member clearly has no understanding of how the business works and doesn’t care about customer service. It made us feel uncomfortable and like our business wasn’t wanted. He clearly has no clue as to what brings the money through the door. The customer does. The customer pays for his wagers. Read moreoverall the place is great, fairly quick service and majority of staff are friendly apart from one. went in earlier today and this older lady working think her name was wendy was absolutely bad mouthing other staff members in front of customers saying they need to grow up and come to work even while sick. absolutely disgusting especially from an older employee talking about a younger one. you’d think she’d have some understanding that: one you don’t talk bad about your colleagues especially not in front of customers, and two you should not be working with food while sick. it’s so sad that staff like this impact the experience of a fairly good shop....
