Sea Salt @ Rainbow — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered chips for $8, as they made them, they ate them. After they were finished, they gave them to me uncooked. So i sent them back after politely confronting the boss, she was extremely passive aggressive and downright rude when the chips were blatantly raw. Of course she continued to eat them as she tried again to do her job properly. The hygiene there is appalling. The second time round they were still uncooked, missing one quarter of the chips and the boss lady still being the perfect culmination of a b*tch. Every meal I've had here on the Dinner & Tapas menu has been phenomenal!!! I wasn't very impressed with the Big Breakfast though, Streaky bacon was nearly all fat, & the little bit of meat in each piece was too chewy. Eggs were poached too long, a little rubbery and the yolk wasn't runny. Sourdough bread slices were very small and the crust was too hard to cut through, let alone chew. Mushroom and Avocado were nice, the baked beans were very nice 👌 Service and atmosphere is always excellent 👍 Best hot chips I've ever had, addictive! Service was lovely. The man who served us was polite and helpful however the fish and chips we ordered only came battered and not much fish. We ordered calamari rings and chicken wing dings from the hot box and they were unfortunately very gross. They spent way too long in the hot box and just tasted old. Chefs were yelling and swearing at each other in the kitchen as well. We won't be back. Such a shame. So close to a beautiful beach, convenient location but the food is a huge...
