Somewhere Over Coffee — Restaurant in Queensland

Came in today as a group of six at 9am so had an expensive order. Both servers one man with tattoos and the other a women with dark hair were beyond rude to us when ordering and serving , never experienced such hostile, rude and unwelcoming atmosphere. Regardless of the foods quality (which wasn’t the best) I wouldn’t return as a result of the service. Considering all 6 of us work as waitresses , we tried to give the benefit of the doubt but it was just rude service continued throughout. Really disappointed with the money we spent in there. The juice and smoothies were lovely. The food though, disappointing. The vegan burrito sounded delicious but it was a soggy white wrap with some silken tofu that didn't look like it had never hit a pan, never mind scrambled, with a few beans in some watery dressing. That was it, and it all fell out and through the wrap. For $16.90! If I had eaten in I would have returned it, but it was a take away to go and have at the beach. Food was okay. Nothing special. However, the customer service was absolutely abysmal. The man serving us at the counter couldn’t be less interested if he tried. He threw our plates down on the table, nowhere near where we were sitting, never checked on us once throughout the meal and when I asked for ketchup he said ‘when I get chance’. I think the management need to give their staff some training on customer service. The funny thing is, it wasn’t even busy in the cafe either (no wonder).
