Subway — Restaurant in Queensland

Absolutely disgusted with subway lately, past 3 times we’ve ordered have had nothing but issues. Went in after a full day of hard work to take dinner home to my partner and son, come home to see they didn’t even put cheese on or heat the mozza pots, the burnt and used stale bread on the garlic and herb toastie, there was black rock solid meatballs all through my partners sub, his sub was also squished and could tell meatballs on that sub weren’t heated either, completely cold and you could taste they hadn’t been warmed. My sub was also squished and meatballs not heated. I ordered an MEAL DEAL for my partner did not get his cookie or drink and didn’t think when I didn’t get the drink as I’d had a big day. To top it off their phone won’t ring through, drops out after first ring every time. 6th august 2025, i went into this location and ordered 4 footlongs. the two lady’s that initially served us (one of them was named bree, im not of the other lady’s name) were so lovely. but who and i’m only assuming who might be the manager bc of the colour of her shirt her name was JAZMIN was absolutely utterly rude. i had to repeat multiple times what i would like on my sandwiches and i was polite about it im not sure if she misheard me the 4 times i said it but those things did NOT end up on my sandwich she was also acting like she owned the place did not seem nice at all. when asking about the deal of the cookies she said in such a rude manner “6 for 7” butting into what the first lady was saying. truely disgusting behaviour and her actions should really...

Go to this Subway everyday. Staff always courteous. Treated as a regular. Always happy to chat with staff. But this one girl who is normally courteous was extremely rude. She said "Can you move up the line please" as if I was holding it up. My sub hadn't finished toasting,the lady next me was only having an untoasted 6inch so I let her jump ahead of me which meant I moved back to my original spot & the next person was only just choosing their bread.
