Subway — Restaurant in Queensland

0 star for this branch if there's an option . On the 9th of April 2023 around 1pm this scenery happened. I ordered a subbox and dine in. She gave it to me in a bag, sit down and eat, after a while another staff yelled at me saying "why did I took someone's order!" I was confused because I'm just eating what was handed over to me. If I'm going to steal someone's order then I should not be eating near them. She also told me that I should have a brain for only eating my own order then told me to get out and she doesn't want to see me again. Then the other staff that made my order handed my receipt to me. Then the yelling staff told me I should asked for my receipt before eating. The funny part of this was I actually ask a fork from her then after giving me a fork say after 5 mins she started yelling. I told them I'm just eating what was given to me and you make your service better.

I was so ashamed and confused that time. I felt sorry for the other customers that is casually ordering and eating that time. I hope this will not happen to other customers...

Placed an order at 7:50pm for a large Chicken salad and 2x garlic & cheese breads from Subway. My order arrived just after 9pm!! I already ate something at home because it took so long, I’m so disappointed. The chicken wasn’t even cut up like it should be. They used the wrong sauce and the salad had not been kept in the fridge while I was waiting that whole time. The cheese breads were cold also. I am not one to leave bad reviews... But when I decide to have a treat night and pay $33 on menulog for a simple dinner this is definitely not what I expect!! This is definitely the last time I’ll be going to this subway and ordering from...

Got a sub at 1pm today and the gentleman with long hair handled my sub at the start He didn’t listen to what I asked for, and his hygiene was very poor, he should be wearing a hair net or a hat, he was leaning over all of the food and shaking his head, either hair or even more disgusting, dandruff/dry scalp could fall into someone’s food. He also used his shirt to wipe his nose and proceeded to touch the person before myself’s food, and he touched his hair with his glove and touched the persons after myself food also. Not acceptable in a food business. I am now expected to eat my food after...
