Subway — Restaurant in Queensland

I'm a frequent to subway but I just had the absolute worse experience today at subway emerald, I walked in and asked for a foot long for teriyaki chicken and a veggie delight salad bowl, the lady proceeded to pick up salami and put it on my bread, I asked who's that for and she said you said you wanted a blt. I said no I want a teriyaki chicken on that foot long and I want a veggie delight in my salad bowl, she proceeded to cut up the salami and put it in my salad bowl and I asked who's that for and she said your veggie delight. There is no meat in veggie delight. I said no. She picked it up and threw it back in their containers. We did all the veggies eventually and I said salt and pepper. And garlic aioli and Mayo. No salt and pepper and no garlic aioli is what she gave me, or should I say didn't give me. I turned to my brother and said could she have stuffed my order up anymore. Where we had a light joke about it and then her manager went off. She's just trying to make you a sub, I said firstly it was wrong everything was wrong and it was a salad bowl. She was hung over the lady who made it. But he defended her to the 9s and proceeded to tell me I should be thankful for what she gave me....

If you feel like being abused by the staff for asking if they’ve changed their gloves after handling money, then this is the subway store you should visit. My experience was utterly disgusting. The girl who started putting lettuce on my subway had just come from the register. She started putting on the lettuce and tomato I asked for, and when I asked if she’d changed her gloves after handling money she said “you could have said that before I started”. Would just love to say that the handling of all customers while we ate our delicious food was fantastic to see. Even the handling of the "Karen" that complained about her table that was too dirty to eat at was calm and collected. Customers like that don't get the right justice they deserve. Good on they oung fella that stepped out to wipe the table down that didn't even shed a crumb during such a busy time. I hope management see this and give the staff a pat on the...
