I come here very often with my partner, and everytime is always the same. The food is always terrible, sloppy and disgusting. Staff refuse to remake fresh food for orders, and reuse food which has been on the train for hours. The kitchen staff and constantly mad, two guys in particular in the kitchen, are constantly yelling and throwing around utensils. One guy with tattoos is always yelling at the poor waiters and waitressâs, the lady i assume is manager looks in no shape to be working, she is barely around, and always getting mad at the workers while she seems to refuse to help. The poor waiters and waitresses always seem stressed and upset, and I canât blame them, the atmosphere here is so tense and scary. I was sat at table 11 and 12 last week, and had a direct view of the back kitchen, and there was clear mold and gunk on the wall, I had also asked for a small bowl for my partner to try my food, and the bowl had left over food still inside. Tried to redeem my 3 dragon roll vouchers but was refused, even though I added them to my order. They and I had heated discussion saying they are not valid since they left a sign out for a month. Apart from being away for a month, the vouchers don't specify how much or expiry dates. Left with threats of police, paid my bill and will never return again. The vouchers required a $25 spend 10X and each visit with my family usually $100 plus. That's $250 per card for a $15 dragon roll voucher. I have 3 cards which means I spent at least $750 to accumulate. ACCC requires all discount cards to specify if they have a expiry date and any information to be informed that requires only one order.    Read moreScam Alert! If I could give negative stars I would! Very disappointed with the customer service. I took my kids for dinner while on holidays and for the most part enjoyed our food even though the wait time was very long. Upon paying, I used my card and their eftpos machine timed out so they had me try again. Just as I left the store I checked my bank and both charges went through. I went back and showed the lady at the counter and she proceeded to give me a cash refund which was then stopped by her boss who said that only one transaction went though even though most definitely I was charged twice and showed him my bank account. He said he wouldnât give me a refund and I would have to contact my bank as it wasnât their mistake. He wouldnât show me any proof they only received one payment. So I left there having paid double which was confirmed by my bank who is now trying to recoup my money. Be careful...
