Unfortunately had our first negative experience here after many wonderful meals. After waiting 10 mins in a queue to pick up my takeaway order, I got to the counter and advised the staff member I had placed an online order. She asked me to step aside so she could firstly serve the person behind me... huh? So after that person got his wine (staff member did not know what Sav Blanc was), she then advised me she would go and get my order. The onion bhaji were so salty and stodgy they were inedible. The chicken pakoras were ok but the mint sauce was curdled. Chicken tikka masala was also very very salty and far too creamy. They've stopped giving away rice for orders over $50 and no more free papadams :( Something has changed here, and not for the better. We are on the lookout for a new Indian restaurant.

I just had an outstanding meal of curried goat with spinach, chicken and lamb korma, tandoor chicken, naan bread and rice at the fabulous Tanveer’s Curry House in Boonah QLD. The meal was prepared efficiently and was on the table within 10 minutes of ordering for us six starving bushwalkers. Maynard and I settled for a delicious mango lassi, while our host Roberto had red wine along with Jane, Phil and Brett. This wonderful meal prepared with love by Chef Tanveer and his sister Jeet, hit the spot after a long day up the Mount Mathieson Track. The group, known as the Old Mates, agreed that this restaurant was value for money and we all highly recommend it to locals and travellers alike. Well done Tanveer and Jeet.

Excellent food, usually. Food when done well is really excellent, but struggles with consistency issues. Service is average at best with staff showing protracted periods in the kitchen ignoring diners. That said, Ellen the food is good, it's well worth it.

Food was not of good standard. We had asked for medium chilies but there were almost none in the food. The bread served was some what burnt. Loud gossip sound was coming from kitchen. The place was deserted. We were the only group there. Even then the service was too slow. It took almost 30 minutes to get all what we had ordered (only 03 dishes) in a staggered manner where we could not decide whether to start eating or wait for complete order. It was really a waste of time and money. The only plus point was a polite and...
