Its literally a "whites only" club. They wouldn't let my friend in because he was an islander, despite trying to make other excuses. He went home, changed his shoes (the first reason for refusal), and they still said no, but couldn't think of an excuse this time.

Its the 21st century and Australia has apartheid clubs. Look through the window after midnight sometime, try and spot a single black person. You won't.

It would make a tiny bit more sense if they were denying huge, rowdy groups of Islanders (although still wrong imo)... But this was literally one guy, with me, denied entry because of his colour.

If you're going to be racist on your entry policy- at least be honest about it. Paint a big "whites only" sign above the door, just like they had in 1950s South Africa...
