The Deli Bundaberg — Restaurant in Queensland

Walk in to an absolutely delicious smell and friendly and courteous staff. I was blown away by how accomodating and flexible they were every step of the way with me being gluten and dairy free and any special requests. The team knew their menu back to front and were always willing to go the extra mile to make it work. And the food was AMAZING😍😍😍I had the pastrami sandwich made gluten free and with vegan mozzarella and it was so full of flavour (the onion relish is melt in your mouth). Like omg we went to the Deli about 8 weeks ago and it was an off chance of trying something different then hot chips .. From the moment we sat we felt welcomed by all staff and the food A1 I mean delicious pizza and gourmet sandwiches . The heart warming moment for me was the Chef Sean noticing my wife has difficulty in chewing her meal and with discreet action cut up her meal . I mean I don't know if thats a thing but for an establishment to take care of there guest like that and be mindful is rare in my book . But the Managers of the Bundaberg stores suck.

There is a Massive lack of communication, No time for their other store or the employees there. There is no positive feedback from either managers towards stuff. Only criticism of what they’ve done wrong.
