We are regulars here for 8 years whenever we are in town shopping. My son an I visited for our usual lunch smorgasbord and MSG hit at 1.30 today (an hour before closing) only to find a lot of the food was missing from the Bay Marie like they were packing up. The waitress was wiping it down continuously and the cook was sitting behind us eating his slop and talking on loudspeaker. Felt like we were competing for scraps with other guests. Well actuallywe were. If you say you are open for a certain time frame 11.30 to 2.30 you should be offering the same service and food from start to finish. I think we will give it a miss from now on and try another restaurant. We have been disappointed the last couple of times here. Going down hill.

Honestly the worst food I’ve ever had(I am not a picky eater either) I love most foods but I came here for all you can eat and I couldn’t even finish my second plate. It was disgusting. There’s not much of a variety either. I would not come here again even if it was $2 for all you can eat. The service was okay, u only get 1 plate so the sauces mix but I just used my napkin to wipe it down. all the staff were super friendly. It’s $25pp. It is not worth that much at all. If I could give the food 0 stars I would

Disgusting food which obviously isn't fresh. Noodles were stone cold as were the crab sticks. Quality of food has gone down so much over the last 12 months and they are so expensive now. If you want Chinese you would be better off going elsewhere. Sweet n sour pork was so chewy. So disappointing. Their satay beef gravy resembled the jelly you get out of a dog food can. If I could I would give it minus 5 stars.

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, the prawn cocktail and a chicken and corn soup. Firstly the chicken was not chicken. It tasted so watery and awful and the rice also had an awful texture. The prawn cocktail was next level disgusting, the prawns resembled chewing on cardboard and had absolutely zero flavour. We went to the service girl and asked if the store has a refund policy to which she went and got the lady from out the back. We only wanted a refund for the prawn cocktail because it was simply not good enough for human consumption. We explained what we disliked about it and she completely flared up and was being so rude about it and told us to get out and we can’t have a refund. NEVER WILL BE GOING BACK IF THATS THE WAY THEY WANT TO BEHAVE. Strongly recommend before going you read the reviews as I have seen many many bad reviews on this restaurant. We were unfortunate enough to not look online...

Spent $190 on food have eaten here many times and always good food but this Monday the 10/06/2024 was horrible the garlic beef tasted like glue you could even feel it in your fingers the rainbow beef was tasteless and not rainbow beef it was disgusting the fried rice was not fried rice had nothing in it was bland and just awful. I rang to speak to the owner and told her about the food and she was rude and aggressive then hung up on me wow this is not how you treat customers Please do your self a favour and don’t go here plenty of other Chinese shops around I will never go there again. I was willing to bring the food back but she wanted nothing of it and definitely was going to give a refund so money wasted it just went in the bin, never have I ever come across such a rude lady GIVE the place a wide birth.Just horrible food and worse owner she needs to lean customer service skills...

Absolutely discusting! $70 wasted. If you've lived here for a long time, you don't know what your missing - I'm guess the locals are use to it and think it's great, yummy and tasty - I assure you guys the people that own this are laughing so hard at how stupid we are for going back time and time again to eat this slop. This isn't nice Chinese food, it's yuk. The satay sauce and combination sauce seemed to be a gelatin mixture base, with flavour added. The cabbage was raw, and most of the dishes contained massive chunks of zucchini. We looked at the take away container menu on offer, but opted to order take away from the menu. The free fried noodles tasted like they were stale. Won't ever be back - sorry. Of such poor quality food and overpriced...
