The Terrace — Restaurant in Queensland

Staff at the Southern Hotel fire and ice section were great and courteous, the young lady there took us to the back bar where we had booked. Once we got to the back bar area, it was much different. Staff at the back bar area were dismissive. Got told to go to the gaming lounge to see if our membership was active but the lasy at the back wouldnt even check. Bloke at the bar wasnt even interested in taking my order to start with. Prices advertised online were incorrect, in house prices were more expensive and we still couldnt use the membership.
