We had been ordering from this place for years but after what happened last night we will NEVER support this place or come here again. The way this place is run is an absolute joke. We understand it was mothers day and its busier then usual , but when multiple takeaway orders and people who sat down after us all got their meals before us in a time period of 1 1/2 hours, thats not ok! Yes we waited 1 1/2 hours for our meals when we were their at 5pm because my partners dad had to be home by 7 and were there first which means our meals should of been out first. It doesnt matter how much we ordered, we should of got our meals out before the other tables. Their excuse was oh we only got 3 woks , yeah but you can cook so many takeaway orders all at once right? After multiple times of asking where our food was it all came out in a matter of 5/10 minutes. Why couldnt you do this when we first got there? Not good enough . My mother in law asked for no chilli in her food and she got chilli in it, and my partners and his dads combination omelette were burnt on the bottom from rushing the orders, my son didn't even eat his salt and pepper calamari because it tasted foul! And hes 8 years old and knows what tastes good and what does not . You wouldn't of needed to rush it if you didn't make us wait for so god damn long . No apologies from the staff and no sympathy what so ever . You took 2 meals off our bill but really after the treatment we received it should of been at least 50% off or more. The whole place needs a wake up call. Disgusting bathrooms with no handtowel and a dirty sink, ever heard of hiring a cleaner to make it look presentable? Workplace health and safety need to be called into this place because it’s definitely not up to standard. You need to wake up to yourselves and learn to time manage properly. If we could give 0...

Head on down to Phoenix for their daily special of mass confusion, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Bring your own drinks as you won’t be asked if you want to order any. The waitress will struggle to comprehend your simple order and you’ll need to clarify it several times. Even so, entrees will come out at random times with about a half hour wait in between (when you enquire about the mysterious missing entrees, you will abruptly be told “later” as the waitress walks away from you). Simple maths will take a hit if you order more than one rice dish as a main (e.g 4 curries = 3 servings of rice somehow?) The food will be edible, but then again you’ll be so hungry you will have been munching on the decorative garden plant up until that point (4 stars goes to Bunnings for this contribution).

Try to resist the urge to use the bathrooms during your visit as the state of them might make you lose the meal you waited so long for.

This is a really hard one to rate as I have found it personally to be the best laksa in town and now I don’t want to stop going here. But people need to be aware as this is not a small mistake! I took my dad here for dinner, when he ordered he ordered something with chicken and beef, and checked with the staff it only had chicken and beef if it which they said it did. Comes out, he started eating it, he said it was really good which is great. but then I noticed a prawn in the dish?! It didn’t state ANYWHERE that meal had prawns in it, and the staff didn’t tell him there was prawns in it either. This is a HUGE mistake as he is allergic! What if he had an anaphylactic reaction?! We were told that the chef is new or something and he usually puts prawns in the dish.
