I have been here a few times pre Covid and it was always a safe bet. Tonight was just awful. I had the rack of American ribs. They had been pulled from a bag and wiped with BBQ sauce, they looked like boiled meat, the blood had formed and congealed to the shape of the bag. No effort had been made in the presentation, it looked like a dogs dinner. The sauce had no viscosity and just ran off in to a pool on the plate. They had made no attempt to render any of the fat (and there was a lot) or caramelise the sauce…..this was lazy cheffing at its best. I was not asked about my meal at any point. Went here for my birthday tonight and can't say overly impressed, waited 20 minutes after being told to sit before having to go looking for q menu despite being the only table not eating. No apology for the wait and menus were essentially thrown at me. Than proceeded to wait 30 minutes or so over for a fettuccine cabonara and calamari. Portion sizing was a joke for the price for the calamari was over cooked. I tried to keep an open mind but over all 2 stars is pushing it to be nice. I liked eating at this restaurant. It was located very close to my hotel which is the Oaks. In fact it's connected to the hotel.

I appreciated the customer service from the staff here. Everyone was very bright and nice and also very quick to service. I appreciated them.

The food was also nice. I ordered the butter chicken and it was a nice dinner. The nan was cooked nicely and the chicken was also cooked well. That being said it was a little bit too bland for me.
