Chips were raw even my kids didn’t want to touch them

Coleslaw was less than half empty and tasted like it had been left out overnight. - couldn’t eat anymore than the first taste before having to throw it in the bin.

Very average quality and a disappointing experience for a large chain brand franchise

Further update - The management wrote back apologising for the terrible food quality and portion sizes. And offered a replacement meal! And 20 percent off my next meal. No thank you I would prefer not to feel sick or be ripped off again I won’t be going back I replied but you could refund as I don’t live close by. They advised they don’t refund !

Very disappointing level of service and food quality

Visited the drive through today, staff member who took my order was rushing & reading me back the order before I had finished, then went to the window to pay & waited for ages(at least 5 mins) with no one attending…it was like the place was closed. I sounded my horn & a staff member finally appeared and was obviously p*ed off that I sounded my horn……needless to say, the food we then received was then barely edible - we threw most of it away. I’m not normally one to complain but I was a paying customer & at minimum would expect staff to let us know if they were busy etc, not just leave us at the window wondering if...

Been here three times. Everytime I came here to pick up the food, they forget something. First time they forgot to put jalapeno in my wrap. Second time they forgot to give me a cruncy slaw. This time, they forgot to give me a coke. Made me go there again everytime I order something from here. Don't bother I think they don't even have a manager to manage their staff. I didn't expect much from here because I understand all staffs are juniors, but this is not acceptable.

And the stupid crunchy slaw is totally off! Smells disgusting and definitely out dated! I wonder how you guys are keeping the business. Rather go...
