This bubble tea is likely the worst in my life. I have not seen a bubble tea place that use powder to make the drink. It is the same as you walk in a barista cafe and is served supermarket instant coffee. Whats worse for a regular size, the milk tea costs $6. If you call it 'bubble tea', it should be made of tea and milk + ice and sugar only. This is absolutely terrible experience. Next time when the owner visit Taiwan or mainland China, they can visit any bubble tea shop - Top Taiwanese bubble tea brands Coco 都可 & 一点点 and other famous bubble tea brands such as Gong Cha also never not use powders. Can't comment on the other products but the banana split was not the best I've ever had but still great!! The ice cream isn't gourmet like 2 of the other Gelateria on the Strand but this place has other specialities which I will delve into next time!! Comfortable outdoor impractical but cuddle encouraging comfy lounges inside however there normal tables and chairs in here as well. The only slight issue is that the straws aren't always big enough to get all the bubbles trough, so you end up with a lot of bubbles still at the bottom of the cup when you're done with the liquid part of the drink.
