yo,Hash Burger — Restaurant in Queensland

I've been a few times and tried about half of the menu which has mostly been excellent. I'm pleased to say the Happy Cow vegetarian burger is as good as any of the beef and chicken options, and the fries are amazing (generous portions, too!).

That's the good news. I'm less enthusiastic about the venue. I'm guessing that 99% of their business must be for menulog or uber eats because the airconditioning is either switched off of isn't working. We used a ton of paper towels while we ate and most of them were for wiping sweat from our eyes.

I've never seen so many flies in an eatery! We were swarmed with flies, much more than if we ate it outside somewhere, and it was impossible to enjoy our meals while having to constantly swat away flies off ourselves and our meals. I was tempted to ask for something to put over the food we weren't holding because we didn't have enough hands to eat and keep flies off the rest.

Lots of flies is not a great look in a restaurant and if I were one of the staff I'd do something about it, just so customers don't get the wrong idea. The staff on shift seemed pretty comfortable with a swarm of flies in a restaurant, though.

Great food and highly recommended if you're ordering takeaway. I don't advise...

Dear yo hash please go back to home made beef patties, the mass produced ones you are using now have no flavour and just taste disgusting as they are next to no real meat and mostly filler and fat! Used to be a family of very regular customers and now after returning even the kids that will eat anything took one bite and said “this is disappointingly disgusting” and did not return to eating the meal I brought us all, even myself I COULD NOT return to the burger after one bite.

I know this will most likely fall on deaf ears but PLEASE revert your decision on the swap of meat patties specially for a burger that cost $22 on its own when a single bite makes you throw it away..

Will say though the staff service is still happy and friendly but as that most of the burgers on the menu are beef and you are using patties that are even sub par when compared to even the standards of McDonald’s it is with lack of a better...

Beyond disappointing. Ruined our Valentine’s Day. The attitude of the servers was horrible. Poor food standard. Asked for guac fries was given regular and when brought up they blatantly refused to make any. We were happy to pay the difference. We got called out in front of many customers and frankly it was humiliating. Spent $60 there and honestly it was not worth it. My girlfriend was borderline in tears leaving. We were that embarrassed we had to get out food take away. Then they had the audacity to put the soggy fries into the tiniest container possible despite it being in the “large” size. Worst place I’ve dined at ever!! Beyond horrible. Please don’t spend your well earned...
