Zarraffa's Coffee Sugarland (Bundaberg) — Restaurant in Queensland

I love zaraffas! Love the coffee! Love the food! But I went through the drive through on the 25th of October was given very poor customer service, at the box she kept getting me to repeat my order even though I was talking loud to make sure she heard me but she couldn’t and got to the first window which isn’t open very often, Charlie served me and she didn’t have my order right and kept giving me weird looks and made me very uncomfortable but I let it go and told her to have a good day and when I finally got to the second window Charlie for some reason was at that window aswell handing me my food and drinks with a suspicious smile on her face while giggling to herself…. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.. I have put up with it for as long as I can because the coffee is good but this morning was the last straw… handed us our first drink with the smoothie overflowing, which is fine, maybe she didn’t see it… we asked for a napkin which was returned with a look of disgust and when we were handed the second drink with smirk.. it too was dripping with coffee. I politely asked for a napkin and when the red head girl turned around to look at the other barista, she rolled her eyes… oh the inconvenience of me doing her job for her. I go here regularly and it's gone down hill. Very slow service in drive through. they literally dont care I have waited up to 20 minutes coffees are pretty hit and miss. it's been do long since I have had a good coffee it's either burnt cold too strong too weak. coffee tastes like muddy water and at 5.30 a pop you would think the baristas would take more care they are bored. also why are you charging me for an extra shot your standard coffee or medium coffee should be made to be able to drink we should have to ask for another shot it should taste like coffee so over going back and being disappointed time sher time. put some training into your staff and learn how to make a coffee that doesnt take 15 minutes.
