Introduced a surcharge on tap and pay. Put up a sign explaining this last week, saying tap and pay has a surcharge, insert your debit card for a flat rate. Last week, inserted debit card, no surcharge. Today I insert my debit card and it has a larger surcharge than the tap option! Had to hunt to find the sign, not clearly displayed, and the wording hadn’t changed, still promising that there isn’t a surcharge for inserting Either the signage needs to change or the machine needs to be fixed. pie was alright. us and other costumers could not find a table to sit out of the many messy tables there were with food and drinks looking like they had been sitting there for hours. service was slow and did not acknowledge costumers well. very poor customer service, employers looked like they didn’t want to be there. tables were sticky and there were no pies already made. costumers had to clear their own table just to find somewhere to sit and no one came to help. very...

Rude black haired short female who served us was impatiently tapping her nails while we're deciding to order. Even worse was her head shaking at us when we left after dining in there. She needs to learn about customer service and treat paying customers with respect. We did nothing to provoke her mood. Even if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on customers.
