KFC Roma — Restaurant in Roma

Well, your lucky to get 1 Star, my husband and I are Travellers, come to Roma for a couple of days, so we thought we would have Kfc for Lunch, Well it was Frikin Disgusting, won't ever be buying it in Roma again.Health and Safety will be getting notified, even the bread roll was dry, chips were horrible, couldn't eat them and Chicken was very dry. 24/05/24 one word, PUTRID!

Ordered a Twister, original burger, popcorn go bucket and 2 large chips.

How do you get a twister that is both soggy and crunchy from being stale? It was putrid, the dogs were not even interested in it! Was warm at best and I’m being generous.

The staff when serving don’t care and while it’s fast food for the money you pay I’d expect better what ever it was I was sold on the day.

I prefer KFC but rather go to McDonalds, the staff are better in every way and the food is more consistent!

This was the worst experience that I had in KFC ever, the staff members were not confident and didn't get correct orders through to people, also there wasn't any form of management that I can see to lead there team.The food was an hour after I ordered and a bunch people got their food before me and they ordered after me, so the front end people need to check priorities and make sure that they got the right food before they give them the food.
