DON'T EAT HERE!!! After reading previous reviews we thought we were in for a Treat, but it turned out to be the worst Pub Meal in ages. I ordered the Seafood Basket and my wife had the Crumbed Steak with Mash and Veg.The Waitress came back after a few minutes and asked my wife what she ordered so she told her again. Then a few minutes later she came and asked me what I ordered, so I told her my order again. When the meals came out my wife got Salad and Chips instead of the Mash and Veg she ordered but as we were hungry she decided it would have to do, else she would have to wait while I ate mine. But the first thing I tried was the Scallop and it was still Frozen and the Prawns were just Lukewarm. So I told the Waitress and she organised a replacement Scallop and Prawns which came out some time later, at least this time they were cooked but the Scallop tasted awful so I left that. But not only that the Fish also had a funny taste so ended up leaving most of it as well, and to top it off my wifes's Steak was not very nice either. We told the Waitress and all she said was Sorry and Charged us for the lot. Then the last straw was when we paid we even got the Wrong Receipt. She Charged us Full Price but gave us someone else's reciept.. Needless to say "we WON'T be Back". No wonder there weren't many people eating there. Not the best...

Whitebull is kid friendly pub guys! Love love love. The meals are well worth your money well presented so delicious the chefs make a great impact on all those yummy meals especially when they’re busy, keep up the good work guys! A big shout out to the kitchen hands as well wouldn’t be possible without you’s too as they say teamwork goes along way in the kitchen 😊. The bar staff are just wonderful they to provide great service and friendly can’t be easy on busy evenings, so to Noel’s, Greer and the Venue manager Warrick above and beyond with all your staff. The bottle shop staff Ian and the team providing your wonderful service I don’t know how you all do it out there during different seasons (summer/winter) Lastly to the courtesy bus drivers T.C, Sarah wonderful ladies as they both drive for the Whitebull and the Commonwealth Hotel, so polite extremely patient having to pick up & drop off customers whilst doing food deliveries for both Venues, Great work ladies stay safe & take care on the roads 👍 your service means a big deal toward all customers end of the night as you both get them home safely 7 days a...

Genuinely what amazingly warm service! Firstly yes- our lunch was delicious 🫶 but - the service from Brad & Candice was simply THE most beautiful, thoughtful service. Lunch was with a friend and two young children who were comprehensively "spoiled & fussed over" and made to feel so special ! Brad & Candice brought them ice cream after lunch, a thousand smiles & all the warmth a child could want to feel like a Prince & a Princess !! For us it far outweighed the cost of our food yet this is apparently the service ALL customers at "The Comm" receive. What wonderful thoughtful staff you have there, just simply special human beings who provided what will be a memory for life for two little kids - & us.
