We were lucky enough for ATMOS to allow us to be the first full restaurant wedding in August this year 2024.
We chose ATMOS as we have had the pleasure of dinning there many times before and I have to say the atmosphere, food and service are simply second to none!
The team at ATMOS for our wedding were absolutely amazing, collaborative, flexible and understanding to ensure the whole experience start to finish and most importantly the reception party was perfect.
Anyone who has been to ATMOS knows the is a centrally located bar with the seating wrapping both sides. We wanted to split the restaurant into 2 halves, sit down restaurant one side and dance floor, DJ, photobooth on the other side with the cocktail bar in the middle, as we did not want to split up our guests. We had 100 guest and fitting this many into 1 side, that works operationally for the restaurant staff and makes for an enjoyable experience for our guest was achievable only due to the tireless efforts and attention to detail by Nicole and Kimberly who worked with us to get every detail right.
We set each table for a banquet style service to ensure our guests were left feeling full, with the option for each table to keep ordering unlimited food for their table (saganaki prawns, Lamb shoulder, chicken soluva, greek salad, breads, dips olives etc) nothing was to much for the wait staff and kitchen. All guests have said to us and ATMOS manager on the night it's the best wedding / event food they have ever had and I have to say it was exactly the same high quality produce and standard you would get when dining normally for 2.
The bar staff and cocktail chef were amazing as well. They ensured everyone during table service had a drink without the need to wait or ask for one or go to the bar yourself. There was unlimited supply of a huge selection of beers, beautiful wines, standard & top shelf spirits and amazing cocktails.
A special mention to Grant the ATMOS and SBCC manager who worked with us to allow a few small styling adjustments to the fixed greek inspired fitout that is not normally allowed in this restaurant. But importantly he ensured all his staff worked to perfection and made sure the whole night went perfectly for us and our guests at ,this amazing restaurant.
We can't thank you all enough and we can't wait to dine with you again during the summer holiday seasons for years to come.

We ordered the Saganaki, Seafood Kritharaki, Cauliflower Grain Salad, along with a few alocholic drinks, cocktails Aegean Atmos and Megisti, a glass of Argento Pinot Grigio and Hancock & Hancock Shiraz
The Saganaki entree have excellent flavours all combined together from saltiness, the sweetness from the honey, blended together with the cheese, makes the taste really good
The Seafood Kritharaki is similar to the Seafood Paella but has a much intense prawn broth combined with all the ingredients that make this dish different to a Paella
The Cauliflower dish was unique, something different to what we normally had experienced before and it had some sour flavouring that made the dish very tasty
A let down on the cocktails, there was not enough alcohol and too much ice cubes, as compared to the many cocktails we had drunk this entire trip away from Sydney
We originally booked to be away from families and larger groups, we were unfortunately placed in the middle of the restaurant with some empty seats around us, then a big family were seated next to us, with kids
The atmosphere was great even though they're a part of the Shoal Bay Country Club, they actually have their own theme and style

The food was exceptional, every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We feasted on the melt-in-your-mouth lamb shoulder, the chicken souvla of the day, juicy lamb tomahawk cutlets, exquisitely grilled WA octopus, and perfectly charred broccolini with heavenly roasted potatoes. On our first night, we sat at the bar and were treated to great entertainment and warm banter from the bartenders Olivia and I didn’t get to catch the other bartenders name. But they were incredibly friendly, constantly checking in to see how we were enjoying everything—especially the cocktails—and made us feel right at home.
