(TLDR- Run don't walk. Pumpkin soup is fire... bottomless dinner with the entire menu available to you! Incredible experience)
What started out as a simple early dinner before a big night out, turned into one of the best dining experiences ive ever had. They were short staffed so the owner jumped in and was doing service, he is thorough and helpful and has the customers experience and comfort at the heart of his business. We were the first customers of the bottomless dinner option and it was truly incredible. The food was sensational. The pumpkin soup, ooft i wanted to bath in it 😆 Unlike most bottomless meals where you get a selection of meals and a selection of their low shelf and house special drinks. At Dirty Habit you have the choice of the entire menu to choose from, including cocktails. Which were also divine. I didnt catch the name of the bartender, but they did an awesome job too. The chef deserves extremely high praise but it was the owner Ash who really knew what he was doing in order to create such an experienced team and put together a service that is entirely customer focused and not concerned with the bottom line. Dirty Habit, has become just that for me now... my new Dirty Habit.
Please try the pumpkin soup, I know it sounds silly but it was truly to die for. If that were my last meal, I would be one happy chappy. 😅

Read moreWe walked into Dirty Habbit for dinner only to instantly realise that it’s exactly the same people operating this business as the previous restaurant called Love and Latte. Our heart sank in an instant to remember the poor quality of food and service we had in them but we were too committed at that point and decided to take a chance. This one turned out more disappointing than ever . We ordered a seafood risotto and a seafood pasta , a pork meatball pasta and a jalapeno cream cheese ball. Seafood dishes both came with (6 mussels and 6 clams with their shells intact and 3 prawns) and looked nothing like the pictures they have put in their menu. Now I would accept that mussels and clams are sea food. But we had crushed clam/mussel shells mixed in creamy risotto and pasta which was not only abhorring to feel the crunch with each mouthful or rice/ pasta absolutely, it’s was a choking hazard! The black pieces were visible but the white ones were completely camouflaged. My 5 and almost 3 year old was eating the risotto and I am terrified to think what could have happened if they swallowed a crushed piece of shell.
The only thing I would say is that $18.99 for a pasta is still a d cent price. Although , the quality of food is...
Read moreMy wife and I went for dinner yesterday; had bruschetta, mushroom soup, and the house specialty burger. Dont typically comment negatively, but i am hoping it is received as constructive feedback (noting this rebrand is still quite new).
The tomatoes used for the bruschetta wasn't ripe, and very sour. Nearly inedible. Mushroom Soup was watery, and fully tasted like cream mixed with water, accompanied by a legitimately tiny piece of bread. The burger and chips were sopping wet, bread falling apart, beef wasn't very tasty at all. We couldn't finish anything, except the bread part of the bruschetta (noting the sour tomatoes).
Ambience was quite tiki-bar like, i can see how some people would like the vibe; but for the price you're charging for the food i think there's a bit mismatch there, personally speaking. $51 all in, for subpar food and tiki lighting. I do not understand where the 5 star reviews are coming from; something is not matching up.
Happy that south perth has a venue open for nights + the ladies at the till were very nice, and pleasant; But there is definitely room for...
