Honestly the girl working tonight needs a pay raise or another team member on shift. It is 7:50pm, and she has over 10+ orders with many drinks in those orders to complete and the shop closes at 8pm. It affects the wait time for customers in which we had been waiting for 25-30mins for. Her service, attitude and ability to manage the stress was above outstanding. Although she was great, the service is slow purely from how busy it is and it is impossible for 1 person to manage, so it is not on her. Oh my god Chatime at Southern River are the most amazing people ever. The customer service is beyond point they go above and beyond for you.
