Bean Head Cafe — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Went there over the weekend. It was the worst service I ever received in a cafe. It was a very busy day and understandably the food was received late which I had nothing to complain about. The table was all full with dirty dishes from the previous customers however we sat down in a hope someone will come collect the dirty dishes and clean the table. We had 2 different staff brining our drink however none bothered to clean the table first. Then we were served our food on a table full of dirty dishes. We would definitely not able to fit our food and the dirty dishes on the table. Then we had to ask one of the server to take the dishes away (second person who served our meal). A fantastic cafe but…

You will never know unless you go.

Tucked away behind some shop fronts, you an discover this little gem with a cool surfer board next to a bunch of other shops and cafes. At first glance it looks pretty small but the larger than life tastes is being prepared for your hungry bellies and eager taste buds behind that counter.

The coffee is spot on. I think that must of been my best coffee all year with a bean I have never heard of. And the meals hit that yumm spot at the bottom of my heart (where’s there’s always more room for food).

⭐️BEST FOOD IN COOLUM⭐️ I’m a local and this is the best food in Coolum! Coffee is great, breakfast foods are nice and their dinner offerings are out of the food park! Middle eastern flavours, Asian fusion, and Indian styled dishes are available for dinner and it’s BYO and suited for sharing.

The staff are incredibly friendly and know their food. This is the kind of place where people the likes of Anthony Bourdain would discover and describe as follows. “This is a hidden gem, tucked away from the glitter strip and surf spots, where quality food is the standout and your wallet won’t get a workout and you can share with friends and simply enjoy great good.”
