I would start by saying when the 3 of us arrived it was busy. We ordered in 2 groups right after eachother. 2 drinks came out in good time the other sat on the bench for 5 to 10 min until i asked a waitress if that was our's, she brought it over, Said nothing. 2 meals came out, a dry overcooked omlet and a solid poached egg. We waited 5 to 10 min for ether cutlery or the last meal (also omlet) while other meals ordered after ours came out. I got cutlery from other tables while i watched a waitress starring off in the distance while polishing cutlery. The 2 meals that did come out werent touched until the last meal landed. When it it looked much nicer and different to my omlete altho being exactly the same meal. I didnt realise till half way though my meal the extra ham i ordered wasnt there. At this piont i couldnt accept the situation. Customer service staff cop alot of slack so i always stay polite and just give feedback. I told the waitress was missing the ham. She asked did i order ham. I said for sure. She ask if i wanted it on the side. I explained sinse i had eaten half the meal it wasnt worth it at this point, i also told her between the missing cutlery late meal and drink sitting on the bench we werent having a great expirence. She said im sorry and didnt offer any other remedy or at least my money back for the extra ham i order and didnt receive. I was done and not wanting to be a jerk i sat down and finished my meal. On the positive side. The drinks were delicous, the location is beautiful, its a cute cafe. Its my opinion that it was disorganised and staff could have avoided alot of the situation just be checking in at any of the situations. We felt ignored. This was the worst. We booked for 4:30pm as this was when the music was to start ( they started at 5:30pm after running around chatting with staff for 40mins ) We were told we needed to be out by 6:30pm because they needed the table. We were fine with this as we came to eat, listen to the music that was to start at 4:30pm and then leave. We ordered out first lot of drinks which took 35mins to arrive. There were 6 of us and each drink was delivered separately and so slowly that each glass was empty before the next one arrived. We figured we should order mains ASAP as it was clear that it was taking time to get the food and drinks out. So we ordered our meals by 5:15pm with the last meal arrived at 6:25pm after chasing it up with 3 different staff members. It was at this time they told us we had to leave the table as it was booked. When we explained that we had only just received our last meal we were greeted with a shrug. Most of the food was fine and the girls were friendly but when we tried to speak with the owner he told us to go away and he would cancel our last drinks bill as he was worried about a bad review. Sorry but while you ( the owner ) walked around and around your kitchen in thongs your untrained staff are pulling their hair out. The feed back from staff was that this happens a lot 🤦‍♀️ I know at the moment you are busy with holiday makers but as a local I will not be recommending your cafe to anyone I know. Take the time to help your team learn their jobs and you might never have to be worried about this type of...

I don't like to write negative reviews but I hope that they'll read it and take it as constructive feedback. That is the only place in the area. As a monopoly they have unjustified high prices which correspond only to the view but not the quality of the food. The food was below average. We had the fisherman basket. The fish was cooked in old and smelly oil and the prawns were overcooked. The service was efficient and the staff were doing their best. The interior design was basic and didn't correspond to the prices as well.

I apreciate that you're a small business and I really want you to do well for the benefit of your famility and the community. May be your rent is very high and you have to maintain significantly higher than the average for this sort of venue prices for a reason, I don't know. However: Pictures won't show that the oil had a small and that the prawns were overcooked. May be there was an issue just on the day I visted, but I have eaten enough fried fish to know the difference. YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO INVEST IN DECOR!!! You can't ask $37 dollars for a pizza and then to serve it on a wombling, delapidated and worn out plastic table! As I said in my review your decor NEEDS to correspond to your prices. You have a responsibility as the only resturant in this part of Caloundra to lift the area, to make it better! If you don't want people to critique your decor, just improve...
