Domino's Pizza Buderim — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Rarely have I seen such incompetence in such a simple task.

Lets start with the Pizza. We wanted to order a half and half pizza with two different toppings. Easy right? Wrong.

It somehow costs more to order a half and half pepperoni/beef and onions than it does to order two whole pizzas...? Who came up with this pricing?

Weird pricing is not exclusive to Dominos and I've seen it elsewhere. I can tolerate it to some degree.

But now we come to the reason I took time out of my day to write this review. We have ordered the strangely priced Pizza, picked it up (it was meant to be under Dylan but they had it as Devon but what evs....), gotten home and opened the box eager to demolish the meal that sat in front of me...

I go to pick up ONE slice of beef n onion pizza and to my shock...my single glorious slice is attached to its brethren by at least 2-3cm of perfected toasted thin crust bread...

Not to worry... This is precisely the 'what can go wrong, will go wrong' mantra that we had accounted for and mitigated with the purchase of the second pizza.

With sheer disappointment and disgust we open the pepperoni pizza. My lips plucker...my mouth waters as this golden crusted, salami engulfed, cheese filled mouthgasm was about to hit my taste buds.

I go to pick up ONE slice and horror strikes... THIS PIZZA IS ALSO NOT CUT PROPERLY.

It's a BASIC fundamental rule of Pizza law that the slices must be separated. At this point I was questioning if what was in front of me was really a pizza? I mean think about it, a pizza without slices is sort of like a loaf of bread with a whole heaps of stuff spread on it..

So we had been duped. Ordered a pizza...received bread.

Dominos can you please sharpen your cutters and ensure that the pizza's are cut into pieces. This is false advertising and I won't...

Hey it's my Go To place yeah, super affordable if you go & collect it yourself. Been getting Pizza here for 2yrs straight, definitely get Domino's once a wk, you know those lazy days your just not up for cooking. I have 6 Gifted kids here & they are all have there own type of food. But 4 of them there go to is Ham & Cheese classic crust & my Gurl'zz are branching out on the garlic bread. Soul his even tried (his the most fussiest), well he loves the end crust bit, you know the bit that we don't eat, well Souly munches away like our food disposal thx Kiddo. The crew in there super friendly,...

I get it a pizza place should be a fun place to work but when that fun takes away from the customer service experience that is where the line should be drawn. I came inside after what I thought was my name being called and because they were mucking around so much I asked the person that was at the counter by the time I got in there if my order was ready and she said "no no it will be ready soon just take a seat" only to be told a number of minutes later that it was actually ready and sitting in the heat box...
