Blonde manager with big red face and widened eyes. Went through drive through to get a mocha (light on the chocolate powder), got a hot chocolate instead, I drove around the block back to drive through. I explain nicely what happened, got new "mocha", it was just weak chocolate milk. I drove around the block again, explain to the drive through girl, she says they will make a new one with more coffee. I drive off again, and what the heck, it's weak chocolate milk again. I swing around the block, I explain, laughing that I don't know what is going on, but there is no coffee in the drink. I am still polite, because I find it funny that it could be wrong so many times. I arrive at the collection window smiling, I get greeted at the collection window by the incredible hulk launching herself out the window (literally shoulder charged the girl at the window out the way, made contact), bright red face, and wild eyes. She shrieks that she did it herself, put two shots in. I explain that I drink the coffee often and can taste that there is no coffee, so I think the machine may be broken. She looked absolutely psychotic, I told her its fine, no big deal, and she doesn't need to get so upset. She makes a new coffee, confirming she has put extra shots in, there was no coffee. The weak coffee is definitely still there, as I tried a few times after. Are you not roasting it long enough? Have you changed policy on how long to roast for. Maybe asked Baringa McDonalds how to do it. I go there now, as there coffee is always lovely, and their staff are just brilliant...
Read moreDrive thru experience is by far one I cringe having to experience again. It is not a customers responsibility to drive around again if the order is missing items. Service should provide for a drive thru customer to be able to easily ask for, receive and pay for food items missing at the final collections window if this be the case. Not spoken to adruptly instead of politely and respectfully as a customer/person should be and told that to get such items you have to go back around, wait, order and pay for as it is not possible. Customer service, not CS if most ppl had to give a definition. I simply refused to and why should I! or any other customer? After aaking for itwms and simoly refusing to do as told i had to the ypung lass with much haste that she relayed very clearly to me. Collected missing items, didn't allow me to pay as i tried to (clearly to much work or beyond her pay grade... who knows) and then finished giving me my last food item, a drink which she puposely threw/handed to me or should I say all over myself and my car with no apology and walking away from the window which i then had to wait for her to return to ask for serviettes to clean the mess that she knew full well ahe had created and had no care or concern for and was again very rude.... wow caloundra McDonald's. Hopefully after my diacudsion qith the on duty manager thia aorr of service is nevwr experienced by...
Read moreWe stopped off at Caloundra McDonald over the weekend, as we use to live in Caloundra year's ago it use to be a lovely quiet and clean restaurant to stop for a meal with family. On the weekend day we were their it was discussing...all table's were covered in dried up coffee stains, sticky table tops, excess food scraps on table's on the flooring and more. We ordered our meals and omg, all staff behind counter were very unpleasant, un professional standards that need to be seriously learned and not only was the male manger finishing his shift we couldn't believe how he couldn't delegate to his staff to get out on the floor and clean and sanatise the restaurant...unfortunately very inexperienced staff employed and to top off our internal food standards...fries were stone cold, burgers were cold and not made to the customer's customised requirements and we had young guy's behind us also complaining to eachother. So Caloundra McDonald 's I want someone to answer me on this as I have proof . But like all franchisees and these companies, they never answer to the customer it's always just a computer...
