This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Staff cannot get even 1 item of your order right. I ordered 20 tenders a large chips and a coleslaw. No coleslaw, half a box of chips and 10 tenders received. When I asked if that was right as my order received looked very small, I was assured that all the food was there. After getting home and seeing that my order was incorrect, I phoned and was answered by a very surly manager, who promised me on the phone to replace my WHOLE order if I drove back to their restaurant. When I arrived, the surly arrogant manager would only give me what was missing from my meal, even though she said she would replace the WHOLE order. Would not take any responsibility for her or her staffs actions, and blamed everything on staff shortages, the worst excuse I've ever heard. KFC just because you have staff shortages doesn't give you the right to rip people off..... If you go to this KFC make sure you check every item separately before even moving from the drive thru window, because it is guaranteed to be missing something. These maggots are thieves and liars. If this is the manager reading this you need to bring it up with your higher manager and bring it national wide that everyone gets some kind of customer service training. It's not hard to greet a customer. And instead of looking at the clock on how long a customer has be at the window and rushing the order take a extra 30 seconds or a minute to make sure the order is right.
