Love my ice cream, consider myself a bit of an expert. Hokey Pokey one of my faves! Sadly, this place has no idea what HP is!! Tasteless chocolate chips rather than honeycomb and flavour was a tad nondescript! Shouldn’t be allowed to use the HP name!!! Could have been anything. Had a second scoop of ‘banana’, my favourite fruit. Slices of banana on top of display fooled me into thinking it may contain banana. Reminded me more of a toothpaste from my childhood. Banana is a very difficult flavour to copy and as yet no synthetic flavouring has managed to do it justice. If you can’t do it right, don’t do it. Texture was very good but flavour was ‘odd’. Hopefully this may serve as advice but you need a new taste tester if you want repeat customers. Sorry to be so harsh. Sadly, the owner defended her flavours rather than accept constructive advice from someone who has more than just a little experience in business and marketing. This place uses FAKE flavouring for its sorbets. Likely 0% real fruit.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this is slightly crazy. We ordered multiple flavours of sorbet thinking they would be made with real fruit as they were all labelled as, for example, “Strawberry Sorbet,” and considering signage saying ‘fresh local ingredients’ etc.

We were very wrong. Every flavour tasted completely fake, literally like cheap cordial. I avoid consuming unnatural ingredients/chemicals like the plague, so this really annoys me. I think this place just uses cheap syrups, then charges prices on par with high-quality stores.

I’m big on supporting small business, but this is dishonest. Should be labelled “Fruit-X Flavoured Sorbet.”

Hope they see this and act accordingly, I do wish...

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Local, family run business. Incredibly hard workers. Beautiful fresh produce. ALWAYS greet you with a smile and friendly chat despite being relentlessly busy. NEVER have I had a bad experience here, and I've been going there almost every day for years. Hardest working team on the strip - they all deserve your kindness and support - and a bloody long holiday!
