ViTo Gelato & Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Came in today while in the area visiting friends, went to buy 2 scoops for me and 2 for my wife, was served by a guy aged 20-30, tried 3 flavours and went to try the last one and he said no more, I was quite surprised considering we were going to buy 4 scoops, I tried to say I just wanted to try the last for our 4th scoop and he still said no... So I said no worries and left, we went to Mesina on the way home where they encouraged us to try all there specials!

I wasn’t too bothered as we didn’t have to go out of our way to get our gelato fix, but it’s quite frustrating to see a business throw away $16+ of business over a tiny taster, if this is the general process, I can’t imagine how much business they have...

Why use the DoorDash app when you are going to only cancel the order on us over the span of two days? We’ve had the same order made and its been back and forth cancelled and refunded with the drivers calling us, saying you do not take doordash orders even as the order has been accepted on the app. Please sort this out, we do not intend to order any more from your store, this is ridiculous. Stopped in to grab a takeaway flat white, extra shot. Service wasn't welcoming but we're all tired I guess? Sadly the coffee was scaldingly hot, had a thin, watery texture and was genuinely unpleasant.
