This is the second time we have ordered dinner from the people at AAA Pizza. The first time we were impressed by the unique combination of flavours, the high quality of the ingredients and perfection to which the pizzas had been cooked. However the most impressive thing was the amazing taste and overall experience.
This second time we ordered it was apparent that the high quality of the foods was no mistake but a result of sophisticated approach and passion for culinary perfection.
However what was severely impressive this time was their customer service. They hadn't had enough strawberries to go on the Nutella dessert pizza we had ordered and so had upgraded the size of both this and the other apple dessert pizza we had orderded which were both exceedingly delicious by the way.
As good as this service was and as rare as it is to find these days, it was nothing in comprison to the fact that the driver very clearly and politely explained what had happened and they had called before while the delivery was being prepared to let me know too but I had missed that call.
What really blew me aawy was that the owner pesonally, and in peak hour on a Saturday night made the effort to call me twice more after the food had been delivered tin order to personally explain what had happened.
This was so much effort o ensure there was no dissatisfaction or confusion for this random customer, despite it being such a trifling matter, and delivered with such a genuine sincerity that I was genuinely touched by the whole business and its mantra, geared solely towards high quality products, and a service all with customer satisfaction as its paramount aim.
Although this should be the standard in all business, it is a lamentable truth that most businesses wouldn't care to go to the effort of upgrading the size of the pizza let alone go to anywhere near such lengths to ensure I was taken care of and treated with respect.
It is genuinely refreshing and I am grateful there still exist these few remaining bastions of customer service who exist to serve the cusomter and contribute something to the community rather than just underhandedly squeeze every drop of profit possible from any one who might buy something from them, which is the experience I seem to encounter more often than not these days.
These guys should win medals and I can't thank you enough. What a great experience they created from the simplest, genuine gesture, which the most expensive and flamboyant, fake gesture could never hope to...
Read moreYou know that feeling when you take the first bite of pizza and everything just clicks? That's exactly what happened with this pizza, and honestly, it deserves every single one of its 5 stars. From the moment it arrived, you could tell this wasn't just any pizza. The aroma alone was incredible, a perfect blend of rich tomato, savory cheese, and something wonderfully fresh and herbaceous. But the real magic happened with the taste. The crust was a masterpiece: perfectly crisp on the outside, with that delightful chewiness inside, and just the right amount of char from the oven. It held up beautifully to the generous toppings without getting soggy, which is a true mark of quality. And those toppings! The sauce was bright and tangy, clearly made with high-quality tomatoes, and the cheese... oh, the cheese was incredible. Perfectly melted and gloriously bubbly, it had that satisfying stretch with every slice. Every ingredient tasted fresh and vibrant, working together in perfect harmony. It's rare to find a pizza where every element shines so brightly, but this one nailed it. This wasn't just a meal; it was an experience. If you're looking for a pizza that will genuinely impress and satisfy, this is the one. It's a true standout and I'm already planning...

Edit to answer the owner - I mentioned already it took us almost an hour to get through Menulog. Once they asked us to call you I called you. You said even if I sent you photo there was no guarantee that it was genuine photo. We threw all of it in the dustbin. Photo attached below. People are smart here. Good luck with your business.
