If you’re looking for an absolutely amazing burger joint that puts your taste buds in a frenzy, then RENEGADE BURGERS is your newest burger destination. Sam is amazing! With his whānau (family) owned business based at 171 Parramatta Rd, Granville, he delivers passion with every bite, and is definitely made with aroha (love). Their food is also Halal for anyone wanting to ask the question :) Being of NZ Māori/ Pacifica descent, we know when the food is good, and this joint is cracka!! Not knowing what to fully expect as a first time customer, my first bite into the ‘DREAMER BURGER’ was INSANE!!!! And The ‘TRUFFLE BURGER’ was fxxxkn OUTRAGEOUS!!! And on top of the that, the ‘MACK LOADED FRIES’ was so accurately packed with flavour, my crew and I thought our tastebuds had gone to heaven. Ka reka te Kai, Ka mau te wehi! You have to put RENEGADE BURGERS on your bucket list, if you haven’t been there already, you’re definitely missing...

Absolute disaster. To start off with, we got our food after a big group despite ordering before them and waited close to an hour ... finally we got our order and it was wrong. One of the burgers that was supposed to be for our order was given to the other group. We literally saw the guys hold the burger with their hands only to realise it wasn't the right one they ordered as well and was in fact ours. After the staff had realised, one of the workers just closed the box and popped it into a bag before handing it over to us?? Disgusting, I asked her if it was a new one and not from the other group as they have already touched it and she had the audacity to say it was new. At this point, didn't want to wait another hour to remake a new burger ... Poor experience, burgers were mid, tik tok marketing at its finest....

Was so excited to try this burger truck as it was local and had great reviews, unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The OG burger I ordered was average and the beef patty was overcooked making it hard to eat, I didn’t finish it off. I also ordered the chilli chicken, received it & had no chilli. Took it back and couldn’t eat it as it was covered in sauce and I couldn’t taste the chicken. Ordered chips with renegade mayo, but the mayo is your regular mayo that every burger shop uses. Big let down, won’t be back. Too hyped up, either nobody here has had good burgers or their standards...
