After more than two years, we finally could get to Sydney, our favorite travel destination on earth. And one of the best surprises was Ada's Affair. Cindy, Tom, Kairi and Leo are such a great team: in tune, friendly, warm and pouring with joy. I had probably 20 espressos during our stay and none was below the line of perfection. IT IS the best brewed and served coffee in Sydney, and I've been at many (excellent) others. Not to mention the delicious Signature Bae Roll, the beautiful Mushroom Toast, Portuguese Pastry, Cinnamon Morning Rolls, Oat Cookie and all types of fresh Croissants. AND last but no least, the out-of-this-world Madeleines. Great people, menu, coffee, and on top of that, the coolest Darlo location. Will be back soon, guys, thank you....
Read moreExcited? I was excited, like a yoghurt maker in a lactobacillus lab. But here i am bewildered. The initial display is a warning bell, but it's the weekend, and maybe the weekdays are where the display moves so fast. There's no need to make an effort. But the coffee is poorly made. Poor milk work that is so foamy it doesn't have a chance to meet its dark brown lover and get it on. A latte has foam, but it is not foam. The sandwiches have their own style, but mine, the mushroom is in serous need of content between quite good focaccia. Uncomfortable seating. I mean, Ikea has comfy little cushions for next to nothing. They'd also warm up the quite dull interior. I'm obviously missing something, and that's ok. Reviews are my snapshot. Not divine...

Run by dream team trio; Tri, Cindi and Sonny who are so lovely and make customers feel very welcome.
They’ve got a range of pastries like croissants and a few cookies as well as pre made sandwiches and rolls. There’s a baked mushroom and spinach toastie with reduced balsamic, seeded mushroom and mozzarella on a panini or the brilliant brioche roll we had with a frittata and bacon jam.
Using sample coffee for their coffees, it has a malt flavour to it, so why not try your favourite; whether it be an espressos, late or batch...
