Delicious Ice Cream and Friendly Service!

I recently visited Andersen’s of Denmark and had an amazing experience! The selection of flavors was impressive, with various options like dragon fruit and lychee and salted caramel macadamia that I couldn’t resist trying. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to let me sample a few before I made my choice.

I ended up getting a scoop of the fresh mint chocolate chip, and it was hands down one of the best ice creams I've ever had—so creamy and flavorful! The ambiance was clean and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat with friends.

I Had just walked into the store at 3 minutes until close asking for an ice cream. There were people just left the store With ice creams when I had walked in. The Asian lady (staff) at the front had rudely replied no were closed. Keeping in mind The ice creams were still on display. I said please and she replied no I’ve closed everything. Very bad customer service especially when I come here on the regular (even dolphin st but it was closed at this time) and recommend to all my friends. I love it so much. Never coming here again. Train your staff to be polite even if you are “closing” - there is a polite way to say...

I have had some really amazing ice cream in Sydney. Not sure what it is - milk, cream, weather, love, happiness - but I really am getting into the gelato / ice cream / sorbet thing. With that being said, this was hands down the worst ice cream I have had while here. There really wasn't anything wrong with the ice cream, but it had no taste. Really bland and was just meh. For the price and totally bland ice cream I am rating three stars. Service was really good and everyone was very nice and the view / location is excellent ... just the main reason to visit...
