We finally tried Apollo Take Away in Ramsgate, and wow – what an experience! This long-standing family-run business has been around for years, but this was our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. The burgers were absolutely amazing – fresh, tasty, and everything a proper burger should be. The meat was delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The hot chips were just as incredible, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. What made the visit even better was the exceptional service. Enough Apollo I am sick of complaining both to you and to Uber. Everytime we get food delivered from you via uber it is cold or it is the wrong item. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The food was not hot actually it was that cold I had to put the items in the oven. If this is a driver issue, then do what most other restaurants do and recook the meal - Uber compensates you if you have to cook it again. Don't let your customers be impacted by serving cold food.
