avoid at all costs. use sorrentinacoffee dot com instead. or any other place you can find. the only good reviews here are clearly from the owner. or her friends/employees. I phoned to ensure they had stock, they assured me they did. I ordered my parts and paid through PayPal 24/8/18 my invoice said "dispatched" but neglected a tracking number 2 weeks later, I phoned and was told I had not ordered. when I gave the lady an invoice number she told me I only just ordered it and she would ship that day. still no tracking number I phoned again the next day to be told it was sent then. when I asked for a tracking number because I did not want an international parcel to get lost, the rude lady was yelling in the background saying I had not paid enough for tracking (35AUD shipping for a filler knob and coffee basket) they assure me my parcel will arrive... I am yet to see it. dishonest and a liar who does not deserve your money. if my parcel does not arrive soon, I will contact ACCC as it appears they are fraudulent based on the reviews of people who have paid and not received goods. GOOGLE should remove them from the search engine to protect other consumers.
*Edit 5 weeks after paying for goods they arrived. there was NO hold up at customs. reasons for slow delivery goods not sent for 2 weeks after being paid for and only being sent because I phoned them it appears the goods were not sent air freight, but the cheapest possible means (around 10AUD even though I paid 35AUD freight) no tracking number given, preventing anyone from checking its delivery status (probably because it was sent so late)
final outcome, I have requested a refund for my freight, and I will never use this...

Owner Irene Notaras has had our two coffee machines since July 2017 (12months+) for repairs quoted at between $100-200 for the pair. Have tried to call her about these several times since then, and she is always rude on the phone. This evening we confronted her about this lack of service and communication. She told us that only one machine was fixed and it would cost us $240 for the one machine. After I refused to pay this exorbitant amount (especially given that the other machine was missing and still apparently being repaired 12 months later) she became extremely rude towards me and insisted I leave the premises. I have never dealt with such an incompetent and arrogant businessperson. DO NOT ever take your machine here to be repaired if you want it back. Avoid dealing with this woman...

Unable to send proof of payment as email mailbox is full. After a week, I check the online account which says invoice has not been sent (incorrect) and has not been paid (also incorrect). Telephone not answered, email mailbox still full. Last resort is to dispute the payment through my bank. Partially successful - within a couple of hours get a message from Australia Post to say the first item is on its way, and it arrives a couple of days later. But the second item has still not been received. So once again I dispute the payment.... will see what happens. The customer service provided by this business is...
