WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. An old lady, who seems to be the manager, was extremely aggressive towards me. I asked the male barista if that is my hot chocolate and he looked into my eyes and replied yes. The old lady manager was there and heard me too. Then I went back to my table and had a sip, found out that it's a coffee and nicely told the staff that I was given the wrong beverage. The manager lady actually YELLED at me 'Why did you take the man's coffee?' And the male barista denied him telling me it IS a hot cholocate literally 3 minutes ago. You told me it's a hot chocolate and you accuse ME to take other people's coffee on purpose? When I don't want any coffee I just want my hot chocolate? Am I suppose to tell from the look of the cup? They have everything. Literally. Don’t go to any other cafe ever. That’s my plan. I took the train 1.5 hours from Fairfield’s to eat here. It’s glorious. And storyless. The store needs more customers. And bigger brands should invest in this chain, this particular BRANCH 🌴

Read more18.5.17 This morning I ordered a coffee which was mistakenly taken by another customer as I was getting sugar... he apologised to me as he had already had a sip. Instead of the lady (who seemed in some sort of managerial position) offering me a new one, aproached us both very aggressively questioning me why I had "let" him take my coffee and abused him for accidently taking mine. She then yelled at her poor barista to hurry up and make a new one like he was at some sort of fault too....
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I feel bad for the staff that have to work...
